Where formal education ends, the Realizing Amazing Potential (R.A.P.) program begins. Featuring STEAM curriculum, coding, and robotics. 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM sessions.

Vista Clinic speaking to a staff member at the resource fair

This February, Lawndale's Special Needs Family Support Group hosted its first public resource fair at our Kit-Carson campus. Families had the chance to learn about local resources from partner organizations, including Providence,  ADDAP, SALA International Women Organization, Department of Mental Health, WIC, Vista Community Clinic, Ball & Faith, Westsude Regional Center, Richstone Family Center, and the South Bay Center for Counseling.

Through our partnership with 100 Black Men of Los Angeles (100BMLA), our students continue to gain meaningful experiences that broaden their horizons. Last year, students traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA), to attend the 100BMLA national conference, where they were exposed to leadership development and a student investment competition focused on financial literacy and teamwork.
