Community Flyers

Dear Community Partner,

Lawndale Elementary School District is very pleased to announce our efforts in helping the environment by reducing the distribution of paper flyers. We are dedicating a “Community Flyers” tab on our district website to share events and/or sign-ups for various activities from our community partners which will reduce paper copies by over 218,000 per school year!

Our 2017-2018 Family Engagement survey reported the following platforms as the top sources of effective communication: e-mails, phone messages, and school websites. We also learned that social media is a top source of communication through the 2018-2019 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) survey.

We will be distributing flyers digitally weekly. To submit a flyer for approval consideration, please submit your request online: Flyer Distribution Request. Please note all flyers provided must be in English and in Spanish.
