Teacher Support Teams

California's new funding system and the LCAP process have made it possible for additional staff members to be available at school sites to support teachers and their ongoing professional learning.

These teacher leaders can provide support that includes: demonstration lessons, co-planning of lessons, assistance in analysis of student data, co-teaching lessons, and collecting data during lessons for reflection.
