Superintendent's Leadership Council
The Superintendent's Leadership Council offers an opportunity for our students to actively shape the future of our district, paving the way for brighter futures not only for themselves but also for future generations. Through this initiative, students gain invaluable insights into our district’s operations, contribute their perspectives, and cultivate essential leadership skills. It is a chance for students to make a tangible impact and become catalysts for positive change within our school community.
OBJECTIVES
- Student Voice: Provide students with a direct channel to share their perspectives and ideas with the Superintendent and other district leaders.
- Leadership Development: Foster leadership skills among students through various activities, projects, and discussions.
- Empowerment: Empower students to take an active role in their education and the improvement of their schools.
SELECTION PROCESS
Student leaders within the fourth to eighth grades will be nominated or recommended by teachers, administrators, or other school staff based on their leadership potential, academic performance, and commitment to contributing positively to their school community.
Meeting Dates
Students will meet at the District Office from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM on the following dates:
- Tuesday, October 14, 2025
- Tuesday, December 9, 2025
- Tuesday, January 13, 2026
- Tuesday, February 10, 2026
- Tuesday, March 10, 2026
- Tuesday, April 14, 2026
- Thursday, April 16, 2026 (Board Meeting)
