Returning Students

We ask all families to update their student(s) profile yearly and notify the school office if the information changes. This ensures your school and the district office can communicate routine updates or more urgent matters. 

 

To reenroll for the new school year, ALL returning students should complete the following:

 
1. Update your student profile using the SnapCodes (Snapcodes for the 2024-2025 school year  were sent beginning June 2024)

SnapCodes are emailed to parents through the email in our records. The "snapcode" gives you secure access to your student(s) file to update their information. Snapcodes are unique to the student.

2. If you have not, register for a ParentSquare account!
LESD schools use ParentSquare to communicate with families important school information, class updates, events, and more!  Visit our ParentSquare page for information on how to register!
 
3. Review the Parent/Guardian and Student Handbook
The Lawndale Elementary School District must notify parents and guardians annually of rights and responsibilities per Education Code 48990. The information includes important information about our school policies, programs, and contacts! 4. Complete the Educational Benefits Form
This form collects income information from our families to help our school receive educational funding and resources for our students! The information you share is confidential and will help our school get funds to continue providing the highest quality education for your student. 5. We recommend you purchase school device insurance (optional)

We recommend families to purchase school device insurance to cover instances of accidental damage, loss, and theft! Deadline to purchase for the 2024-2025 year is August 21, 2025.
