Mitchell Students Recycle food waste - May 2019
Spring Cleaning
Over 50 students, parents and staff participated in an afterschool Garden Work Day at Anderson on May 10, 2018. We had a great time together, and the kids really loved gearing up and putting on googles and masks to move a ton of dusty mulch. Thanks to everyone for coming and helping out!
Más de 50 estudiantes, padres y empleados del distrito participaron en un día de trabajo en el jardín al fin del día escolar en la escuela William Anderson. En trabajar juntos, ¡el tiempo pasó rapidísimo! A los niños les encanto ponerse gafas protectorias y mascarillas para poner mantillo (“mulch”) que salió un poco polvoso. ¡Gracias a todos por venir y ayudar!

FDR Mulch Movers
45 students brought energy and enthusiasm to moving mulch into the new FDR Tiger Garden on June 6, 2017. Thanks to our Tigers for all their hard work!
Anderson Garden Work Day
Teacher Anne Schmitt hosted a Garden Work Day from 2:45 to 3:45pm on Friday, December 2, 2016. Over 30 students, parents and teachers participated in cleaning up and beautifying the garden. Thank you for making it a success!
