From Culturally Competent to Anti-Racist: Types and Impacts of Race-Related Trainings – This report examines the overlap and/or distinctions between race-related trainings and explores five training types in greater detail. The report includes several key findings and recommendations based on district goals.
-
Professional Development Needs Assessment (for members only) – This instrument is designed to assess professional learning needs among all district and school staff. The results can give administrators a better understanding of where to focus growth efforts for educators in the upcoming school year.
-
Virtual Professional Development – Hanover’s new online professional learning platform was created for teachers by teachers to equip districts with virtual, sustained, and interactive development. Our current course material includes five priority areas – remote instruction, social-emotional learning, culturally-responsive teaching, instruction design, and multi-tiered systems of support. Click here to learn more.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
